Do the prices listed on your website include VAT?
Prices in this site do NOT include VAT @23% - this is added at checkout.
I am a reseller. Can I order at Chevron.ie?
Yes trade terms are also available by direct order. To place a trade order, call or email purchase orders in the normal way to firstname.lastname@example.org
Is the Chevron Value Range of compatible labels as good as the original brand?
Yes. The chemical composition and material of our product is the same as the original. The huge advantage of using Chevron own brand consumables is that you can print more for a much lower price.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped via Fastway couriers, and a next day nationwide service applies.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a special web shipping price of €5.95 which is applied to all orders placed via our website. For orders placed by phone or email we use two different rates, depending on weight. For orders less than 4kg a shipping cost of €6.95 applies. For orders greater than 4kg and up to 30kg, a shipping cost of €8.50 applies.
Can I collect an order myself?
All orders placed via our website are for delivery only. If you would like to collect an order from our Dublin 12 address please contact us directly ahead of ordering.
When will I receive my order?
We dispatch from stock same day on orders received by midday. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next day. However if an item is not in stock a member of staff will get in touch to let you know delivery timeline.
What happens if I am not in when Fastway delivers my order?
Fastway couriers are contracted to deliver between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery can happen any time between 9am and 5pm, requests for delivery at specific times are entirely at the discretion of the driver. If you’re not in when the initial delivery arrives, the courier will leave a calling card which will include contact details. The driver will then attempt delivery again the next day before returning the parcel to us. At this point if you wish to have your order delivered again we will have to take a second delivery charge.
I’ve received my order, but it’s incomplete and/or damaged. What should I do now?
We ask that clients always check the contents on receipt to ensure everything is correct. If anything is missing or damaged, please contact us right away so that we can rectify the situation immediately.
I’ve ordered the wrong item. Can I return it?
We realise accidents do happen and we do generally try to accommodate our customers where possible. However items ordered in error must be completely unopened, if an item is not in as-sold condition we cannot take it back.
What are the costs for returning an order to you?
If you’ve received a defective item from us then we will deliver a replacement and collect the faulty item at our cost. If you wish to return an item to us that was ordered in error or you no longer need than the cost of returning it is borne by you. Please contact us before returning anything to us.
